Soluxe Warranty & Service Terms

At Soluxe, we install solar mesh guard systems built to handle Adelaide’s conditions and protect your solar investment long term. We take pride in the quality of our materials and the standard of our workmanship, and we back our installs with a clear, no-nonsense warranty.

Bookings & Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your installation date.

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation, last-minute rescheduling, or where safe roof access is not available on the scheduled day.

If weather or safety concerns prevent work from going ahead, your deposit will be carried over to the next available booking date.

If Soluxe cancels and cannot offer a suitable reschedule, the deposit will be refunded in full.

10-Year Installation Warranty

All Soluxe mesh guard installations are covered by a 10-year warranty, commencing from the date of installation.

This covers:

Faults in the supplied mesh or fixing components

Installation errors directly caused by our team

If an issue arises that falls within these conditions, we will assess and resolve it in accordance with our warranty policy.

This warranty is valid for the original property owner and is not transferable to future owners.

Ongoing Maintenance Requirements

Solar systems need regular upkeep to remain effective.

To maintain your warranty coverage:

Your solar panels must be professionally cleaned and inspected at least once every 24 months.

The mesh barrier and its attachment points should be checked during servicing to ensure they remain secure and intact.

Neglecting routine maintenance may result in warranty voidance.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not extend to damage caused by:

Extreme weather events such as hail, storms, strong winds, flooding, or fire

External impact including falling debris, animals, or third-party interference

Modifications, adjustments, or removal performed by anyone other than Soluxe

Deterioration resulting from lack of proper maintenance

Warranty Claims

If you believe your installation qualifies for a warranty claim:

Contact Soluxe with proof of installation and details of the issue.

We will arrange a site inspection to determine eligibility.

If approved, we will carry out the necessary repair or replacement as required.

Labour is included for the first 12 months after installation. Beyond this period, labour fees may apply depending on the nature of the claim.
